Job Description
工作內容
-
分析營運數據及市場狀況，制作營運政策及策略，以達到公司的目標；
-
帶領及管理五間餐廳的同事處理各門店之日常業務；
-
與總廚及各部門溝通，提升餐廳的生意額及有效控制成本；
-
負責改善餐廳操作流程及提昇服務水平，建立公司品牌；
-
培訓餐廳管理人才，提昇管理水平，為未來發展打好基礎；
-
負責協助開拓新餐廳，為新店開業作好準備
工作要求
-
十年以上管理經驗，具中餐及連鎖餐廳管理經驗優先；
-
持有管理及相關飲食管理証書；
-
對餐飲業界有很強之市場觸覺、分析能力及營運知識，具工作熱誠、管理能力、溝通及表達能力；
-
能操流利的廣東話及普通話，懂英語更佳；
-
懂一般電腦操作及文書處理，包括Word, Excel and PowerPoint等
