Our client, an international company, is looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to join their team.

As the E-commerce Operations Manager, you will:

• Lead the team to manage and oversee the redemption operations.
• Manage cross functional team to facilitate the redemption platform and support on-going maintenance/enhancement projects.
• Be the key driver for performance analysis.
• Manage redemption partners on a daily basis.
• Drive for innovative ways of working and loyalty rewards strategies.
• Support for other partnership management, as required.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business, e-commerce or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in the operation of e-commerce sites or redemption portals.
• Experience in managing partners and operations staff.
• Experience in any loyalty and/or redemption programme will definitely have an advantage.
• Good project management, interpersonal, communications, negotiations and leadership skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.  (Mandarin is a must.)
• Organized, detail oriented, energetic, creative, persistent and passionate about e-commerce.
