Job Purpose:

This person will work as a key member of the Hong Kong Marketing team. They will focus on the development and delivery of the Internal and Proposition Communication Strategy. They will articulate Customer Propositions in a way that ensures our customers positively experience the Bupa Brand. They will also create and deliver Internal communications in a way that positively engages employees across the business.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Support the Proposition Communications Manager to deliver the following:

• Create high quality Customer facing material content to meet the needs across a diverse customer base e.g. product literature, letters, newsletters, etc
• Create tailored and appropriate stakeholder communications to meet the needs of  the broker and medical communities
• Delivers Internal communications and campaigns to Hong Kong audiences
• Ensures all Communications and engagement activity is aligned to the Business strategy and Brand Promise
• Development and ongoing management of Hong Kong communications  calendar
• Delivery of cyclical activities that take place in the Business Unit eg Breakthrough Awards, share the success, GPS (Employee Engagement Survey), employee health and wellbeing, Ground Miles diagnostics
• Supports the development and deployment of measurement tools and reviews the effectiveness of Proposition and internal communications and activities

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Translation or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Marketing or communication
• Solid experience on copy writing and literature production
• Regional/ International exposure will be an advantage
• Excellent English copywriting skills. Ideally good Chinese writing skills
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Strong project management, good problem solving and analytical skills
• Self motivated team player with strong influencing skills.
• Strong network and connection with press and media will be an advantage
• Previous Insurance product knowledge will be an advantage
