Job Duties: 

• Planning marketing activities and budget, event planning 
• Prepare and execute digital and print marketing campaigns. Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
• Build and maintain marketing database. Collect, record new and update existing contacts. Update  the marketing database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports. Use social media (e.g. LinkedIn to build database.
• Assist with co-ordination, registration and confirmation for all workshops, seminars and other events
• Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.
• Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory. Update web site with new marketing material.
• Manage online presence (web site) to drive more business through the web site.
• Assist with preparing press releases / case studies.
• Assist with tele-marketing activities.
• Prepare target customer information / target account planning
• Provide market tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• User Group facilitation (Industry focus group)
• Assist with any other marketing activities as required  

Skills/Qualifications:   

•  Excellent English and Cantonese. (Mandarin useful)
•  Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information , Informing Others, Written Communication, Organization, Microsoft Office Skills
•  Hong Kong Permanent Resident or valid work permit for Hong Kong
