• assist in handling the company secretarial and related work for our listed companies and their subsidiaries
• Degree holder and student member of HKICS with at least 3-4 years' relevant experience of which no less than 2 years in listed companies
• self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and a team player
• good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (please state your English and Chinese Language results in HKCEE / HKAL or equivalent in your resume)

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Secretarial Assistant / Secretarial Assistant.

We work 5 days per week.
