Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and analysis of financial data for management reporting purpose;
• Perform business analysis, budget control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation forecasting;
• Formulate and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;
• Build workflow and obtain data for efficient management;
• Review and update inventory status to enhance cost efficiency;
• Work closely with PRC offices to ensure local regulatory compliance and identify opportunities to reduce risks and improve operation efficiency;
• Monitor and supervise a small team of subordinates for daily accounting operations;
• Travel to China is required;
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.

 Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with a professional accounting qualification in ACCA or HKICPA;
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in Accounting;
• Possessing PRC working experiences is highly preferred;
• Being familiar with using ACCPAC and JDE is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both English and Cantonese (Proficiency in Putonghua is an asset);
• Well-organised, detail-minded, result-oriented;
• Analytical, numerical sensitive, able to meet tight deadlines.
