Reporting to: General Manager of SFHKL

Dual report to: Head of Treasury/Account Department of SFL 

Responsibilities:

1. Perform office administrative work
2. Co-ordinate with SFL Account Department in handling remittance for office operation expenses
3. Verify fund clear status for SFL and SFHKL bank accounts in HK during Asian hours
4. Produce daily P/L reports for HKFX desk.
5. Perform trades input to FII (back office system) for FX/bullion voice trades
6. Provide trade reconciliation and subsequent resolution for metals (LME) and commodities futures with clients
7. Interchange with Risk Officer to perform related risk routine task, reports generation and handle margin call report prior to London open
8. Interchange within Operation Department for Broker Control task
9. Undertake other ad hoc projects and assigned duties
10. Co-ordinate with SFL Marketing Department and front desk for producing/printing research report and involve related translation work.
    
    
    

Requirements:

1. Degree holder with 1 year related experience working in Account Department of financial institution
2. Good communication skill both written and spoken, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (must)
3. High level of numeracy, previous experience of completing reconciliations
4. Basic computer skills are essential
5. Attention to details
6. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
7. Knowledge of, or experience in the metals/commodities markets or FX/bullion market is a plus
