Responsibilities:

• Perform reception function in a professional manner. Handle enquiries and telephone calls, guest greeting and any other daily receptionist duties.
• Responsible for all administrative duties, including office & pantry supplies, facilities/ equipment maintenance, arrangement of courier, cleaning service, logistic support, license renewal, etc.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, attention to detail and good communication skills
• Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fresh graduate also will be considered
