Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle all customer-related services
(including processing member subscription, handling customers' inquiries, building customer relationship, etc) - Assist in daily operations of the division
- Carry out other duties in the customer services area as directed and job related assignments from supervisor
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Windows, MS Platform and Mac
- Experience in web and mobile services preferred
- Responsible, independent and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated, outgoing personality, proactive, customer-oriented, a good team player and able to work under tight schedule
- Immediately available is preferred
