We're looking for candidates who has strong administration skills and want to build a career in event management and marketing services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Follow-up on event checklists provided by management for all projects for the company
• Administration and marketing duties pertaining to the company and clients
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Require good command with English
  
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work under pressure is desired
• Immediately available will be highly preferred
• Degree holder with a minimum of 1-2 years working experience in office administration or event management will be an asset. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  
• Computer skills with MS Office is required (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).

Applicants will be required to take a written test (i.e. reply to email inquiries) and simple written translation test from English to Cantonese.  A computer will be provided for the tests. Priority will be given to candidates who have experience in event management or office administration.  Office located in Wong Chuk Hang Road (beside new MTR station).
