Reporting to the Manager, you will provide support to Sales Teams across daily operations, reservation and customer services functions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Execute daily cargo activities and bookings
• Handle customer enquires
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain close communication with internal and external partners as well as overseas offices
• Support ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree/ Associate Degree holder or above
• Dedicated, dynamic and willing-to-learn
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
