Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operations of securities and derivatives settlements

• Handle physical scrip deposit and withdrawal

• Handle SI/ISI/ settlement, nominee and corporate actions activities

• Perform stock holding reconciliation

• Follow up with counter-parties independently

• Ensure all settlement instructions are timely and efficiently executed

• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder in business-related discipline or equivalent. Students who study bachelor degree in any discipline will be considered

• At least 1 year relevant settlement experience in brokerage firm

• Familiar with CCASS and DCASS operations

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work under pressure

• Immediate available is preferred
