In this role, you will

• Perform settlement instruction for OTC and Exchange transactions including Hong Kong and oversea markets;
• Assist on formulating operations policies and setting guidelines for operational controls;
• Handle and verify IPO allotments;
• Review physical stocks withdrawal from CCASS or deposit to CCASS;
• Manage and ensure day-to-day smooth settlement and operations with good performance result and risk awareness;
• Participate in evaluating system enhancements, UATs and projects;
• Perform reconciliation of securities.

 To be competent in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• University graduate in Finance or related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of settlement experience in equities and bonds
• Familiar with back office systems
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin
• Proactive, able to meet tight timelines, work independently and under pressure
• Initiative with good analytical and communication skills
