Roles:

Accountable for overall manufacturing plant’s operations by maximizing the on-time quality and quantity production output through effective resources management to satisfy customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, control and direct production activities by leading a team of industrial professionals and production and quality teams;
2. Maximize the utilization of manpower, facilities, equipment, materials, assets and IT systems;
3. Collaborate with Hong Kong based project team to ensure product specifications, production output, schedule and on-time delivery are met;
4. Ensure local safety rules and customer safety standards are being properly compliant;
5. Ensure quality production by enforcing quality control programs;
6. Adopt new technologies to upgrade the standards of production and stay up to date with latest product management best practices and concepts
7. Ensure a cost effective and efficient logistics system is implemented;
8. Review the overall manpower resources performance and identify related training needs regularly;
9. Liaise with local government representatives
10. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
    
    
    

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Industrial Engineering or related discipline;
2. Minimum 10 years solid experience in manufacturing industry with at least 4 years in a managerial position with over 1,000 workers in PRC, preferably in candies packaging and/or toys field;
3. Knowledge of manufacturing process in packaging, printing, toys productions, plastic manufacturing and its relevant production machineries and techniques;
4. Knowledge of mould making and 3D CAD engineering drawings, proficiency in plastic processing and related standards;
5. Abilities to solve complex manufacturing problems;
6. Good time management, planning, interpersonal and communication skills;
7. Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Putonghua is preferred;
8. Hands on computer literacy;
9. Station in Dongguan.
