Responsibilities: 

• Daily communication with client on planning, schedule, managing and evaluating ongoing tasks
• Working with account planners and creative team to devise a campaign that meets the client's expectations
• Liaise with external parties to deliver high quality deliverables within budget and on schedule
• Develop close and long-term relationship with existing clients while taking part in new business development

Requirements:

• University graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in account servicing and production is preferred
• Detail oriented, strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• A strong interest in digital communication and willing to learn new things
• Self-motivated, passionate, hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Chinese.
