Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Hotel Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Front Desk operations
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented
- Well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Able to work shift duties
- Proficiency in spoken / written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Familiar with Opera / Operetta system is an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Associate
