Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive new account opportunities and extend international market coverage
• Maintain professional relationship with existing distributors and potential customers
• Creative thinking and experience in B to C as well as B to B selling in consultative approach
• Provide customer service from handling inquires, quotation, order process and after sales service
• Assist company's sales activities from market research, market development and marketing activities
• Liaise with relevant departments on shipping orders
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international customer service, industrial field is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft office and PC software
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Hardworking, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Occasional traveling is needed
