Responsibilities

• To provide one-stop human resources solutions to Operations
• Handle various HR functions independently including the processing of compensation  & benefits, staff recruitment and movement, training coordination, staff relations programs and ad hoc projects
• Mainly responsible for the HR functions of security staff
• Update and maintenance of HR system and prepare reports on a regular basis

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 1 year or above all-rounded human resources experience
• Well versed with Employment Ordinance and other related statutory requirements
• Good analytical, organization and communication skills
• Independent, flexible, attentive to details and able to meet deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer usage is an advantage
• Previous supervising experience will be a definite advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
