Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and execute Tenant marketing and CRM strategy with core focus on membership and tenant relationship
• Manage different promotional channels and sales driven program to drive member sales and engagement
• Communicate and build relationship with tenants, outside partners for club activities and exclusive offers
• Analyze and monitor club members’ and customers’ behavior and its trend, in order to identify potential members / customers and the business opportunities
• Create and deliver business insights to drive improvement on customer engagement
• Undertake data mining and ad hoc analysis to gain understanding and insights to leverage opportunity
• Prepare CRM report to measure, analysis and review the performance of club member activities
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
• 6 years of relevant experience in CRM and tenant marketing
• Proven success in launching CRM campaigns in driving customers engagement across different sales driven programs
• Good team player, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure
• Good project management, presentation, organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
