Our client is a renowned FMCG multinational company which is looking for a Medical Marketing Manager to support the rapid business growth in Asia. Reporting to Senior Medical Marketing Manager and you will be responsible for:

Responsibility:

• Support medical marketing team to set brand strategies for the Medical Channel 

• Design and implement communication campaigns to and through HCP’s 

• Drive excellence in execution by using full 360 marketing mix (e.g: Scientific events and partnership for HCP Education)

• Lead HCP insight mining and activation 

• Develop & roll out best practices 

• Provide insights on HCP/KOL perspectives to R&D + Marketing 

• As a people manager to attract, develop & retain direct reports

• Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Requirement :

• Bcc in Nutrition or other Life Science 

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in medical marketing 

• Strong marketing leadership and strong network with health care professionals

• Able to turn scientific information into marketing strategies to drive sales performance 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
