Job Description
Role Summary:
This role is to formulate buying strategy and budget proposals for our Men's Young Line - At Twenty (Formerly AT-20).
Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed financial target, including brand sales, gross margin & inventory level
- Benchmark against competitors and advise alternative recommendation, retail promotional strategy to generate the best sales and gross margin for products purchased for the season
- Apply market knowledge and fashion sense to explore selling opportunities and expand market share for the company
- Work closely with the fashion designers and retail operations team to formulate the seasonal buying strategy and proposal
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Fashion Retailing or other related disciplines
- At least 6 years experience in buying/merchandising
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and numerical sense
- Creative with fashion flair, yet pragmatic and highly results-oriented
