•  Diploma or above;

• 2-3 years relevant working experience, and preferably with hands-on procurement experience for electronic parts and components;

•  Well-versed in MS Office applications and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing;

• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills;

•  Keep close contact with suppliers for quotation and follow up sample delivery;

•  Handle purchase orders and ensure orders are properly delivered;

• Liaise with suppliers, sales, engineers and factories on requirements;

• Negotiate with suppliers on price and term;

• Assist in the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and procurement of goods and service to ensure the best value for price, quality, service and timely delivery, in the most efficient and effective manner;

• Assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned;

• Overtime work and occasionally travel is required.
