Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchasing transactions & activities with local and overseas vendors, e.g. purchase orders, shipping Sc customs documents follow up, support sourcing activities, price & contractual terms negotiation with vendor, follow up order processes and goods delivery;
• Coordinate with operation team in determining needs when requires;
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor;
• Keep track of order and delivery status with vendors and shipping company to ensure on-time delivery;
• Maintain and control pricing update of our products.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 3 years or above relevant experience;
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese work processing;
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure;
• Good comment of spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua; - Disciplinary and punctual;
