Job Description
Overall purpose of Job:
Too effectively support all accounts associated activity in terms of accounts payable and receivable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with reservations team to ensure timely preparation of pricing and invoicing to clients
- Review sales & supplier invoices against rate sheets, enter invoices and prepare file upload into TBR system
- Maintenance of rate sheets for clients and suppliers
- Perform other general accounting duties such as maintaining accounting records, data entry, filing etc.
- Handle debt collection, credit management and update debt reports
- Handle supplier payments
- Handle team administration & perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of billing, customer services or accounting experience, preferably in service industry
- Hands on experience in multi-countries customers and vendors
- Detail-oriented, well organized, good communications skills, and be a good team player
- Computer literacy, proficient in Word, Excel and hands on accounting software experience
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, good Mandarin is a plus
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments
