Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing the monthly and quarterly financial transaction especially on payment compliance
- Report running, sample selection and liaise with colleagues in AP regions to collect necessary document, checking and fill up the findings result in the system
- Assist the compliance team in quarterly performance review for Asia Pacific Countries
- Assist to monitor employee expense reimbursements rules and process to ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare training material and provide training for compliance system, reports running, quarter review and on-site monitoring review if it is necessary
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the team
- Provide support to the IT team in System Integration project like process gap analysis and process implementation
- Degree holder with around 3 years’ experience working in compliance area
- Solid experience in payment compliance or audit; familiar with process review and policy implementation
- Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
