Responsibilities:

• Report to the Chief Financial Officer to support hospital wide reporting, costing and business planning function
• Prepare periodic management reports to shareholders
• Prepare costing and performance related reports and analyses
• Collect and maintain costing information with regular review to ensure they are accurate and reasonable
• Participate in all costing related projects
• Participate in budget and forecast preparation
• Work closely with Financial Counselors on all aspects of costing/quotation related function
• Handle other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in healthcare related industry (Private Hospital is preferred)
• Well versed with costing methodology and knowledge of diagnosis-related group (DRG) system is a definite advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office and general accounting system
• Experience in system/workflow implementation is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive, independent and a good team player
