Responsibilities:

• Report to Finance Manager
• Supervise and monitor the accounting team for its daily operations
• Review and improve the accounting system of the Company
• Set up internal control procedures align with company mission
• Handle commission calculation, account receivables & receipt settlement
• Assist in month end closing and ensure the month-end processes are performed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
• Prepare month-end management reports for the company
• Assist in annual audit and liaise with the external professional parties
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accountancy
• Semi-qualified member or above of HKICPA/ACCA is preferable
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience of which at least 2 years in supervisory role
• Proficiency in Excel & Chinese Word Processing is a MUST
• Good command in Mandarin is a MUST
• Stable, strong sense of responsibility, independent and able to work under pressure & meet tight schedule
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with different levels, well organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in accounting software (Turbo System) is highly preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
