Duties:

• Responsible for accounts receivable
• Handle daily accounting operations an data processing related to A/R
• Prepare Vouchers of sales, receipt, payment and journal
• Inter-company reconciliation
• Maintain accounting records timely and accurately
• Prepare accounting reports in accuracy and completeness
• Any ad-hoc accounting projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years relevant working experience
• Degree in business administration with accounting major or any related discipline with qualification in professional accounting is an advantage
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Independent, self-motivated, detail oriented, analytical, good time management, good communicator, good team player
• Good knowledge of Windows applications
• Good knowledge of IBM AS400 and/or SAP is an advantage
