Job Duties

• Responsible for general administration work such as filing, procurement of office supplies, occasional outdoor work, etc. 
• Assist in data input and issue vouchers
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• DSE / Form 7 or above
• 1-2 years' relevant experience 
• Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge in Accounting and immediately available is preferred
