Responsible for all accounting and tax aspects of the Group operation. Ensure consolidation is processed as per accounting standards. Provides guidance and supervision to the accounting staff.  Works closely with other accounting actors to ensure  operational issues are captured appropriately in the accounting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 10 years experience in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 5 years external audit experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Managerial role
• CPA is must

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Accounting & Tax principle
• Strong knowledge and experience of Consolidation
• Strong knowledge of Tax Planning
• Knowledge of Local Tax Regulation: CIT, WHT, VAT, Business Tax, GS, PIT
• Knowledge of accounting software systems

RELATED TASK:

Corporate Management

• Provide leadership and management to subordinates on accounting, tax & internal control matters
• Ensure finance staff is trained and team organized to perform the work required
• Provide support and coordination to local management with internal control issues

Financial

• Perform or ensure that following tasks are performed according to requirements:
• Process accounting transactions in the Financial System as per Accounting Standard and company policies.
• Calculate & Process Tax according to local requirements
• Prepare the Financial Statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow (Monthly)
• Prepare the Consolidated Financial Statements
• Manage the intercompany process and ensure Intercompany Reconciliations
• Review tax submissions
• Prepare Tax Planning 
• Prepare Annual Financial Report.
• Coordinate Annual Tax Report
• Coordinate Annual Audits with appointed auditors.
• Participate in the Annual Budget preparation.
• Coordinate internal reconciliation between Accounting and Business Analysis Departments
• Develop Group accounting policies/standards and ensure efficient implementation.
• Ensure internal controls are implemented and maintained according to company policy
• Ensure that accounting physical filling is organized as per accounting standards. 
• Prepare intercompany clearing plan
