Job Description

Role Summary:

 

This role is to assist Planning & Control Manager to fulfil periodic sales and merchandise data analysis, develop effective solutions or recommendations in different perspectives so as to increase market share 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop pre-season merchandise financial plans, category and assortment analytics, sizing curves, flow planning, and in-season financial forecasts and promotional / markdown activity
  • Develop the bottom-up merchandise financial plan and store spread for a product category(s) to analyze Regional needs and market trends
  • Recommend and review markdown and promotion opportunities
  • Achieve the key performance metrics for a product category(s) to perform weekly sales/monthly performance analysis at APAC level, by country, and key location to highlight trends
  • Monitor the business through analytic and identify actions to achieve the key performance metrics

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Quantitative Finance or other related disciplines
  • ACCA finalist or other equivalent qualification
  • 3 years of business analyse experience with exposure to retail fashion industry  
  • Strong business sense and excellent analytical, problem solving skills
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
