• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties
• Handle and prepare annual and interim reports, announcements, circulars  
• Ensure full compliance with the statutory requirements.
• Handle Board and shareholders meetings materials including preparation of minutes, resolutions and presentation documents 
• Liaise with internal and external parties on related matters

• Degree holder and a member of ICSA / HKICS 
• Minimum 3 -5 years’ relevant experience in listed companies
• Well versed with the HK Listing Rules, SFO, Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliances and regulations 
• Good team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in PC applications
• Able to work under pressure and independently
