Responsibilities:

• Compile various financial and statistics reports for management review
• Prepare regular forecast reports and project impact on P&L
• Assist management to formulate the Annual Operation Plan
• Help to track sales performance and productivity
• Assist in designing commission scheme structure
• Constantly monitor and review remuneration to ensure commission schemes can serve motivational purpose and revenue maximizing simultaneously
• Check and evaluate effectiveness of marketing program within all operational divisions
• Develop fixed asset management
• Support ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Statistics, Accounting, Finance or other business related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Strong business sense and analytical skills / experience
• Excellent coordination skills with multi-tasking ability
• Proficient in PC applications especially MS word, excel, powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Well organized, diligent, co-operative with strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
