Key Responsibilities:

• Report to Managing Director, supervise and oversee a team of 2-3 headcount
• Assist managing director in performing business planning
• Work closely with operation managers to provide professional financial advice
• Oversee all finance and accounting functions in HK headquarter and related subsidiaries in HK and CN
• Prepare regular monthly management accounts
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Perform analysis against targets, and monitor financial performance
• Develop and implement sound financial control policies and best accounting practices throughout the group
• Participate in strategic conference on periodical basis where needed
• Involve and monitor accountants to prepare full set of accounts for head company and subsidiaries
• Month end and year end closing of accounts
• Prepare and review annual financial statements
• Coordinate with auditor in connection with annual audit process and taxation matters
• Process payroll and MPF for HK
• Provide support on ad hoc projects

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification of CPA or ACCA is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• 3 years experience in CN accounting and tax practice (CN audit is a plus)
• Familiar with PRC and HK GAAP and Tax Law
• With experience of cash flow management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and supervisory skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Experience in migrating accounting information system is a plus
• Immediate availability is preferred
