Duties:

l   Handle accounting data input duties, preparing vouchers                                                        

l   Assist Accountant to ensure timely preparation and presentation of monthly report                                 

l   Preparation for payments (AP and other payables)  and invoices (AR)                                                

l   Handle general office administration duties

l   Provides support for ad hoc assignments to management

Requirements:

•F.5 or above with LCCI intermediate level or above

•Minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience

•Proficiency in PC application, eg. MS word, Excel and Outlook

•Good responsible, initiative and accurate

•Good command in English & Putonghua

•Immediately available or short period of notice is an advantage
