Responsibilities:

• Assist in HRIS Implementation
• Update and maintain HR database
• Handle leave management, MPF administration and Medical scheme related issues
• Provide administration support such as office supplies, stationery, facilities and equipment maintenance etc,
• Other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience in HR and Administration field
• Mature, Independent, hardworking and willing to learn
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
