Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing administrative / clerical support to the project staff
• Assist in preparing tenders, quotations and payment claims

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in commercial studies or related discipline
• 2 years or above clerical experience preferably in engineering company
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, detailed-minded, self-motivated and well-organized
• Proficiency in MS Office, English / Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Working Location: Site office at Tseung Kwan O
