Responsibilities:

• Perform all-rounded HR functions with mainly focus on recruitment, training & development and performance management
• Plan, develop and deliver training programs to staffs
• Keep abreast of market intelligence and initiate new recruitment channels
• Assist in reviewing & formulating HR policies and new initiatives on staff well-being
• Work close with HR teams of PRC subsidiaries to ensure the consistency of HR practices across the Group
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience
• Well versed with Hong Kong & China Employment Ordinances and other legislations
• Independent, well organized with strong sense of integrity and responsibility
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, conversational in Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
