Responsibilities:

• Process, examine, and approve inpatient and outpatient medical claims in accordance with the Company’s standard
• Handle enquiries and provide good claims services to clients and business units
• Liaise with medical service providers for pre-approval arrangement.
• Flag suspicious and fraudulent claims.
• Review the claims process for constant improvements.
• Participate in various ad hoc claims projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience in medical claims handling
• Sound knowledge on medical insurance
• Detail oriented with strong analytical mind set
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken with written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Preferably with insurance qualification
• Candidate procured medicalclaims experiences; and with leadership skill for a team of staff can apply for the post of Claims Supervisor
