Administrative Assistant (Event Marketing) - Full-time/Part-time

Responsibility 

• To provide secretarial and administrative support to executives and the team, including handling meeting scheduling, claims, correspondences, enquiries and phone calls, preparation of documents, ​material storage ​etc 
• To search and collect relevant and useful information for marketing team
• To assist in preparation, organization of event and logistics
• Part-time working hour is 14:00pm to 19:00pm

Requirements 

• Diploma or above with subject of business administration or marketing​ is preferred​
• Minimum 1 year work experience in administrative roles 
• Detailed-minded, initiative, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese words input, etc
• ​Overtime and holiday work is necessary
