Job Description
The AHRO will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, payroll management, and staff relations, and accountable to Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and administering staff recruitment;
- Assist in monitoring performance management and salary review; formulation of staff contacts ;
- Assist in organizing staff relation programs
- Liaise with internal stakeholder in providing support on HR related matters;
- Maintain and update personnel record and filing system;
Requirement
- Degree holder in any discipline
- At least 1 year practical experience in Human Resources Management
- Proficient in Chinese Word Processing
- Experience in using HRIS system
- Well verse in Labor Ordinance and HR related regulations
