Key Responsibilities:

• Keep track with solicitors’ mortgagee action for recovery of loans
• Review all legal documents of the Company vetted by solicitors
• Perform checking for discharge of mortgage loan documents
• Prepare bad debt report and delinquency reports on a monthly basis
• Managing daily collection activities and perform the necessary collection actions
• Monitor loans account and carry out appropriate actions for delinquent or problematic accounts in line with the company policy

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher diploma/diploma in legal studies
• Above 3 years' experience with legal work or loan administration
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
