Responsibilities:  

• Perform HR services for the functions of Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development
• Handle the full recruitment process - from identifying hiring needs with department Managers, developing sourcing strategies, implementing recruitment and selection initiatives, preparing offer package, to following up on the new hire orientation and etc
• Develop, implement and evaluate various training programs
• Assist in payroll process of designated business units
• Responsible for daily HR administration and compile regular HR reports
• Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• At least 4 years' HR / Recruitment experience in sizeable companies / fast-paced business environment
• With experience handling recruitment process from end to end is a must
• Regional experience in MNC is an advantage
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word)
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work independently
• Good team player
• Flexible and able to adapt to changes
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
