Manager, People Benefits and Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Main areas of responsibilities for this position are benefit plans/programs, HR systems and compensation matters.

• Act as the key person in Asia in coordinating all HR systems (HRIS, ATS, AMS, PM etc.) related matters between HRGs and HRIS as per following:
• compliance with local regulations
• work flow tasks
• system bugs
• reporting
• key liaison with payroll teams
• update and maintenance of accurate data and information kept in systems
• implementation, administration and maintenance of HR systems, upgrades and/or interfaces with other company systems
• Manage and handle all benefits and related plans and programs in APAC including but not limited to annual renewal and benefits review/administration from time to time.
• Ensure benefit plans/programs in APAC is consistent with market practice or local norms (including other applicable affiliates/associated entities) and compliant with local regulations.
• Prepare/administer documentation relating to HR systems and benefit programs.
• Provide input for benefits and/or compensation strategy and collaborate with HR colleagues to maximize desired outcome.
• Handle benefits/compensation analysis including salary review or reporting for APAC as and when required.
• Participate in C&B surveys and make recommendations in line with business objectives for APAC.
• Assist/manage special projects, as required from time to time, including those related to the development and implementation of global HR policies, tools and practices.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

• Excellent working knowledge and experience on HRIS and C&B.
• Solid knowledge on employment law and provident fund legislations of Hong Kong and familiarity on the same for other Asian countries.
• Degree level education with minimum of 6 years’ relevant and solid experience, 3 years of which at a similar capacity.
• Sound knowledge and skills in C&B analysis and strategies, in relation to market practice.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and facilitate resolution of sensitive and/or difficult matters.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with people at all levels.
• Excellent Excel and system skills with hands on experience in HRIS such as Workday and ATS like iCIMS.
