Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Showroom representative to manage our prestigious Showroom. The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality customer services to our visitors and potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls
- Greet and communicate with Showroom visitors and introduce Company products to customers whenever necessary
- Maintain the Showroom in a professional and presentable image
- Maintain marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory
- Assist other marketing activities & administration duties as and when required
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience, preferably in customer service & hospitality industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure with great sense of responsibility, self-motivated, independent and customer/supplier focused
- Presentable with pleasant personality
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Officeand computer operation
- Knowledge in office furniture will be an advantage
Trainings on Lamex furniture will be provided to the incumbent.
