• Degree Holder or IVE Graduate in jewelry design
• Minimum 5 years or above experience in jewelry design for international market (i.e. Asia Pacific, US, Russia)
• Knowledge in computer design software Jewel Cad, Photoshop and 3D Design
• Good hand sketch skills, coordinating with in-house departments to ensure quality and buildability of designs and handling design presentation to clients
• Fluent spoken & written English and Mandarin preferable
• Train & lead China Designers and strive to meet with tight development schedule
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skill and technical skills are essential
• Weekly travel to PRC factory and occasional overseas travel is required
• Applicants with less experience may be considered as Assistant Design Manager
