Responsibilities:

• To identify training needs for retail staff and clients.
• To work closely with the management in developing, organizing and implementing the product training programs.
• To regularly review and improve the training programs and materials as well as to translate product information.
• To assist sales and marketing team in seminars and demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 3 years' solid experience in beauty cosmetic industry.
• International recognized professional in the beauty service industry is preferred.
• Familiar with facial treatment or product ingredients.
• Experience in product translation is an advantage.
• A good team player, independent with excellent presentation and coaching skills.
• Proactive and sensitive to customers' needs and market trend.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate available is preferred.
