Job Description
Responsibilities and requirements
Degree in business/management
Experience in handling customer enquiries/complaints
Arrange after-sales support
Co-ordinate equipment installation
Co-ordinate and schedule maintenance services
2-4 years experience in Customer services
Good telephone manner and spoken English & Chinese
Able to work under high demand of customers
