Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer services calls for medical service enquiries;
- Follow up with clinics upon patients enquiries
- Co-ordinate clinics for various matters
- Perform daily clerical matters for running a medical network
- Handle hotline by shift (including non-office hours, overnight and public holidays)
Requirements:
- School Certificate or above, with 2 yrs or above work exp
- Fast learner; can work under pressure
- Able to work independently with good communication skill;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English;
- 12 days Annual Leave
- Medical & Dental Benefit
- Discretionary Bonus
