GENERAL FUNCTION

The incumbent will be responsible for the general HR functions with the focus in recruiting and staffing, HR training programs, employee relations and performance management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fully responsible for regional recruitment and hiring in Asia Pacific. 
• Perform hiring statistic analysis and hiring status reports administration
• Conduct new hire orientation and other HR-related training programs     
• Perform in depth exit interviews; monitor and respond to turnover analysis
• Maintain and carry out good employee relation practices and employee programs such as employee surveys, one-on-one meetings, and focus group meetings
• Regularly update HR SharePoint site and manage employee information communication
• Prepare quarterly Asia Pacific headcount budget forecast and HR departmental expense forecast
• Support employees, supervisors and managers in the performance assessment and evaluation process

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ experience in HR functions at multinational company
• With experience in the semiconductor industry throughout Asia Pacific region is highly preferred
• Have exposure and sound knowledge of labor laws and human resource practices throughout Asia Pacific region
• Excellent command in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office and HRIS
• Able to work independently and under pressure
